Does your character have any close ties to existing canon characters?
Not especially. Even the people that may stay from Darker Dodge, she hasn't really 'seen' in years as she was possessed.
Why do you think your character would work in this setting?
Considering the mayhem she's seen happen at her own hands, she doesn't feel comfortable going home. She's going to be wanting to start over and have a new start under her alias and seperating herself from the destruction she caused.
How do you plan to expand their CR?
She will try to make friends slowly while getting used to being back in control of her body. She'll be bad at it for a while, but will eventually figure out how to interact with people without having to run from monsters on a daily basis.
What will your character do for work?
She'll try to find something in the labs or something behind the scenes.

Shura walked slowly through the town, getting used to the light that she hasn't seen in years. There was so much she wanted to do, but was almost hesitant to do any of it. After all of the pain she caused, she almost felt like she should be punished for it. No matter how much everyone telling her it was 'Charles' and not her, she still felt like she failed, like it was her fault she was possessed. People were dead...her friends, they were dead.
Four people died in the bunker before she was found. No matter how much she was mentally screaming for them to kill her, they had only kicked her out of the bunker. Shuddering at the memories, she had to pause in the middle of the street as she started getting lost in her own head again.
This kept happening and it was a problem...but at least people were understanding. Crossing her arms, she moved over to kneel down between two buildings, just out of sight of anyone else. Winding her fingers in her hair, she rocked slightly as she mumbled under her breath. This was supposed to help her calm down and get out of her bad headspace, and while it worked at times, it didn't always help.
"You're not him, you didn't do anything wrong...you didn't have control of your body." She kept repeating the same mantra between her shudders.
After what felt like hours, but she knew was just minutes, she was able to somewhat get back to herself. "Come on, Shura. You can do this. All you have to do is go and find a job that doesn't make you have a mental breakdown every twenty minutes. People do this all the time. They're giving you a chance, you have to prove that you're able to be around people." Slowly getting back up, she made her way to the nearest store, how hard could it be to look around and possibly ask for a job.

Shura waved to the camera shyly. "Um...hi, thanks for letting me stay. I know that I look like your Nica, but please, call me Shura. It was my alias and I'd rather try to keep all confusion to a minumum."
Well, looked like their Nica other than three deep scars running down her face and the fact she's able to walk. "Some of you may be asking how I can walk and my counterpart can't and the answer is actually simple. I was having severe health problems in the other Dodge and needed surgery. While they were repairing my organs, they worked on my spine too. I was close to death anyway, so we figured why not try to fix that too." It still almost killed her, but they didn't have many options anyway. "They were able to fix most of the damage, but I still have some nerve damage and will occasionally lose some feeling." Smiling slightly, she shrugged. It was something she had gotten used to. "I was wondering if there was anyone looking for help. I could use something to keep my mind off of things."
